Mistral Beach Club opening hours are subject to weather conditions. In case of severe weather (rain, strong wind, extreme heat, other emergencies), management reserves the right to close the club or make amendments to its opening hours for the purpose of protecting guests, staff and its property. In this case, guests have the option to re-book their chosen service for other date or opt for a refund.
We will keep your reservation on hold for a period of 15 minutes after your booked time slot. After the stipulated period your reservation will be released as per our cancellation/no-show policy. We will also charge a no-show fee. A later arrival, beyond your booked time slot, is subject to availability and might be subject to an additional charge.
When reserving a sun lounger at the pebble beach or wooden deck in advance, please note that you are unable to reserve an exact spot. Guests will be accommodated upon arrival, with a spot that is available at the time of arrival. Nevertheless, we will do our best to meet our guests wishes upon availability.
A credit card is required for the reservation process as a guarantee, upon booking. Actual charges will be processed at the Mistral Beach Club upon consumption. We do not charge your credit card in advance.
Only in the case of no-show on the booked date or in the case of a late cancellation, a charge will be applied to the credit card provided.
Guest may cancel their reservation up to 72 hours prior to the reservation date without any charges.
For late cancellation made 72 hours or less before the reservation date or in the case of a no-show on the booked date, a fee equal to 100% of the booked services will be charged to the provided credit card.
Alcoholic beverages will be served to adults only (age 18 and above, ID may be required for proof of age). Children must be accompanied by an adult. Mistral Beach Club management reserves the right to decline providing service to any guest who is misbehaving and to charge fees for any damages to property or staff incurred.
